Ellie is a summer 2007 calf and she is something very, very special. Ellie is sired by the powerful Australian bull, Elandra Park Sam. We were fortunate to see Sam and a number of his full sisters, as well as his sons and daughter’s when we visited Australia in 2006. Sam impressed us with the consistency of type we observed in all of these animals. We also saw Sam’s dam, a 17 years old cow at that time. She was still producing - at 17 years of age!
